MOCA Chat, can generate a sound when MYOB chat agent responds?

To alert the user when MYOB support person posts in the chat . Else MYOB user has to stay glued to the chat window, not focus anywhere else while waiting on the chat request. This is unproductive waiting time for MYOB user/customer . Please enable sound , so that MYOB user can enable at their user interface or windows ??
