We are getting more requests from our customers to send invoices to one email address, monthly statements to another and any queries regarding accounts payable/receivable to a third email.
This is the larger organizations where these emails are not read by a person, they import PDF statement/invoice etc into their own systems, SAP for example.
I know I have submitted this idea previously. Surely we can't be the only company out there supplying these larger companies and having this same problem.
Any possibility that MYOB will implement this any time?
