MYOB Team Portal

The lady that i have in HR is solely employed for interviewing employees, workplace safety, creating rosters and approving leave. We dont wish her to have any access to Payroll or any accounting/money information. So i really want her to only have access http://team.myob.com/ 

but the only way to give her access is to give her full access to they account right https://app.myob.com/ by adding her as a MYOB user rather then just access to MYOB team
