Need to be able to permanently dismiss information message

Hi MYOB,

 

My client does not need your 'secure' invoicing option as they have a better product for their work flow so wont be signing up to your new system.

 

However they are constantly being spammed with the following message that keeps coming back even when they dismiss it.  How many times do they need to tell you that they don't need it?

    If it is something that can be done, I assume that it will be per file so I will reach out with a private message to get the details from you.

    Do you have an update about this message?  I went to the web interface to see if there was anything I was missing and it is still there too...

    Hi AlanT​ , no update yet sorry.
    I hope that we will be able to implement a 'do not show this again' type of behaviour for this message.
    But I cannot confirm if or when this will be possible
