We have raised the following with MYOB last year and I’m sure other users of MYOB payroll system have raised the same issue on MYOB community website.
Issue:
On the year end payslip, the YTD wage categories will only display categories that are actively used in that specific pay run. MYOB system suppresses YTD wage categories on payslips if they are not used in that specific payrun.
Because of this design, an employee's final payslip of the year will frequently display an incomplete and misleading total of their true annual earnings.
