Placing sensitive data behind a secure login helps ensure only authorised users can access this information. This process also allows us to provide accurate, up-to-date billing details and account history all in one place. You will have the opportunity to download your bill in two formats – PDF and CSV – giving you flexibility around the way you receive the information.
We are dedicated to prioritising your privacy and data security, while providing you with data in the format most beneficial to your business
After sorting through the Corporate double talk about security, if MYOB is so concerned to make sure our processes are secure (our problem not yours) why not just send the PDF directly to our nominated InTray?

P.S. I see that the status is Closed. I therefore assume that MYOB will just ignore the wishes of their users. Again.

Hi AlanT - its official now!
Thanks to customer feedback we acknowledge that receiving invoices as PDF attachments is still the most convenient format for many of our clients.
To better support that preference, we will continue providing PDF invoices via email.
