I am also not happy - having to go into an account to retrieve an invoice is the bane of our life.
We have to do it for so many creditors now it is a joke. Always about making their internal systems easier.
My question with this change is about using the online version of Accountright to access our account management.
Our small business uses the desktop version with four users.
Can I just go to the online version to make my changes to the account as the administrator and continue using offline for our day to day usage.
I have little knowledge of the online version other than what MYOB itself says it has limitations.
So is there an Online instruction for dummies here . I have been using offline since 1994.
So now we have to jump about on and off to do certain things.
That is also not helpful.
More like taking care of MYOB than customers.
Just like the last change which forced us to now manually send invoices one by one.
For us that is about 30 a day.
Trying to figure your agenda here.
The changes from 2026 will change access to this very forum that gives us so much help.
