Reduced Functionality vs Price Increase

Have just been notified of a price increase effective 1 March 2026. How about decreasing the price considering you've taken away the functionality of being able to automatically send invoices now? ...

I’ve been hanging on to myob even though competitors are much better. The more they increase the cost, the pain of moving will be worth it.
