Hi PalletcoSA , reducing the subscription price for customers who do not complete the Secure invoicing verification has already been discussed in other threads.
Customers can verify and continue to use the service, or manually send themselves if they do not verify.
As for the increase, these occur annually and are essential for MYOB to continue to develop, innovate + ensure the ongoing compliance and stability of our software.
You can see all of the great changes that came out in 2025 here and we will continue to deliver through 2026

Hi Mike_MYOB I totally disagree that this is not a 'service suggestion' - the very heart of this argument is that you are decreasing the service for many of us who have been using MYOB for 20 plus years - not everyone can 'verify' their business - provide the service in line with what you are charging - simple.
