I had to do a full reset of windows and all programs on my laptop and I didn't think to try and backup the dictionary, if that's even possible, so now almost every time I try to Record/Save, I have to accept all the customer names etc again.
Since the file is online, it would be really nice to save the custom dictionary within the file so that if we add a new user they won't have to start from scratch either.
We've closed this idea for now due to minimal votes accumulated over the last six months.
Disappointing, since it seems like a no-brainer to me.
