I have tried to delete a customer payment to no avail. I cannot access the edit button to delete payment. Something has changed in MYOB. Normally you can access and delete payment and it will show up again on the bank feed.
Please advise.

That is what I normally do but MYOB was not letting me do that. Like I said no access to edit. My solution was close it down and re open and I was able to fix it. Thanks anyway.

I can see why this is confusing, especially when you’ve been able to delete the payment this way before.
To delete a customer payment, open the invoice from Sales > Invoices, then click the payment reference in the Activity history and choose Delete. If the payment has already been matched to a bank transaction or reconciled, unmatch it or undo the reconciliation first. You may need to redo the bank-feed match or reconciliation afterwards.
