Looking into this further I understand that FairWork requires the Gross Wages to be separate to others so i would suggest to add a Total Renumeration Field.
Add “Total Remuneration” to Payslip
With Payday Super starting soon, employees will see super processed every pay cycle. To improve transparency, it would be helpful if the payslip header could include an optional line showing:
Total Remuneration (Wages + Super)
This would sit alongside Gross and Net but remain a separate, clearly labelled informational field. Fair Work allows additional fields as long as they don’t replace required items.
This feature would help employees understand the full value paid on their behalf each period and reduce payroll queries and be compliant with FairWork requirements
