Pay Superannuation
We have just tried to do our first Pay Superannuation and when we have ticked the employees there are 3 employees that their super fund requires SPIN/USI numbers to be able to go further. These employees are all with the same super fund. Where do we enter their individual SPIN/USI numbers for each employee as it won't let us in the Card File or the Superannuation Fund List? You don’t need to wrangle a separate SPIN/USI for each employee. Those live on the super fund itself, not on the cards. For the three entries holding things up, jump into your Superannuation Fund List and make sure that fund’s set up with the correct, current USI. Once the fund has the right details, anyone linked to it should sail through Pay Super without more drama. If it’s still demanding SPIN/USI after that, it’s time to reach out to our support team so they can peek under the hood and see what’s tripping it up.
