I wanted this badly enough that I'm now building it. Full export of everything including attachments, sent to your own cloud storage on a schedule, official API, read only. covlens.com/ledgervault if that's useful. It's my project so obviously I'm biased, and it's not a MYOB product.
I appreciate you putting in your own hard work to make this service available, but it totally misses the point.
The ATO wants us to keep everything for 5 years and MYOB should make it super easy even after a customer ceases their subscription. Why should I have to pay you for a random 3rd party API import to some other cloud solution? I am not against your business model, more against the business model of MYOB who doesn't give us access to our own data.Imagine someone deciding they no longer want to operate their business and ceasing their MYOB subscription.
They need to retain that info for 5 years without having to pay a fee to MYOB.
MYOB are being absolutely silent on this, as they move to their cloud solution. It seems they don't care at all.
