Alternate verification method for PaySuper

While authorizing PaySuper is there an alternate verification method to SMS.  Could I suggest a mobile phone verification app or maybe an email verification.  Many companies are not always within range to receive an SMS.

    I also would like to be able to authorized PaySuper via a mobile phone verification app as I can't receive SMS in some locations.
