Shame you are unable to improve action on suggestions - it appears to have had a strong following previously.

It appears that the developers don't actually use the program - but can come up with improvements that are a step backwards.

Essentials was a much easier and better than business, and each improvement seems to make it worse.

Is anyone listening?
