Can't manually enter billing information/address under "create bills"

Hi there,

 

We've recently moved from AccountRight Desktop to Business Pro Cloud and are very surprised to find that we can't manually enter billing information/address when creating bills, which could be easily done in the past through AccountRight Desktop. The current workaround is to pre-enter billing information in the contacts but the issue is that there're not enough line items to allow for a good presentation of a full billing address such as:

Line 1: Company Name

Line 2: Address

Line 3: Suburb

Line 4: Postcode

 

We can't start a new line for Line 2 as there're not enough entries in the contacts.

 

Hope MYOB Business Pro can bring back this useful function asap.

Please be advised that the idea has still been added to our developer backlog, but it will have less traction getting prioritised without more votes. A further review will happen in another 6 months where we will either close or re-open this idea based on the number of votes accumulated in that time.
