Missing T7 Bas Field in MYOB Business products

After converting from the desktop version of MYOB AR V19 to the cloud based version of AR Business Lite, the PAYG Income Instalment field for the BAS, the T7 field, is not available. I have had MYOB Support Team working on finding a solution and they now admit there isn't one. The ATO definitely has this field, I have been lodging and paying this instalment for years, but creating a BAS now doesn't have this field and therefore the BAS figure is incorrect. That prevents lodging the BAS through MYOB. The BAS is correct in the ATO Portal and can be lodged manually and a Spend money transaction can still be entered in MYOB, yet your BAS reports and actual BAS created is incorrect. Considering this is a Business product, to not have all BAS fields available is a massive problem. Please investigate how to fix this issue. You may also want to consider giving a reduction in subscription costs for this faulty product.
