There has always been issues with MYOB team app. Not all employees have a smart phone, and those that do, don't always have an iPhone. Those that do not have an iPhone have many more issues than those that do, so this must be a coding issue in the back end of your product.
You have been able to set up a Kiosk using an iPad, but not something outside of iOS system. Why is that? PC's and tablets still have a huge market share out there.
I think it is time to update your systems with MYOB Team to get Android working better and consistently and create a kiosk environment for either PC, laptop or tablet.
