100% agree. AI Assist makes more work than not and it's ALWAYS done at the end of the quarter or EOFY. Here's an idea MYOB - if you want AI, go for it. Many of us don't! I'd much prefer to know my account is reconciled and balanced with my own eyes and brain than trust a computer program that glitches often. We spend more time trying to relearn a system that wasn't broken, trying to find ways to get around the AI rubbish than ever before. We used to be able to actually RUN our businesses, now we are spending more and more time in the system trying to fix up AI's mess.
