I think the web browser dashboard should be able to be turned off or have it that that you can select who can see it like the owner only as it's very confronting that my staff can see it if they have access to certain areas of myob. Can this please be an option

Thanks for your suggestion. You can manage who is able to view the dashboard through user roles and permissions. For example, a user with a 'Sales' role associated to their login they'll only be able to view the Invoices section of the Dashboard.
