Thanks for your post.
I understand that selling your business is a significant decision, and it must come with a range of emotions. Cancelling your subscription with MYOB might feel like closing a chapter.
When cancelling a subscription, I have attached a link for detailed steps to assist you with this. To still access your company file after cancelling your subscription, you will need to create a back up and have it restore as offline.
