I upgraded to 2020.3 and still habe the same problem...BAS's are due Monday!!

Hi,
I have been trying to lodge my BAS for a week with no luck, today I have to lodge it. I have no prompt to upgrade as per every other upgrade I am on AccountRight.
I looked at the option on the front menu to upgrade a company file, but our IT guys are away and with the complex server system I do not know where it is stored, is there a workaround? Normally I just get a prompt of a upgrade and it is simple.
Any help would be appreciated, very disappointing about the communication with this issue.

Ok I have managed to download the latest version and upgrade the company file.
STILL NOT WORKING....

So mine is now working, after the update and updating the company file. You need to shut the computer down and re-log on - I also checked my security settings with the firewall.
Once rebooted it worked, you need to ensure that your browser allows add-ons as I noted when my BAS finally loaded it said MYOB addon connector in use.
Good luck - I spent over an hour on the phone with them - they were very good and remoted into my computer.

Hi Komal,
I just upgraded 4 of my clients, all done on the same computer (mine) it worked for 3 but one is still
getting the error. I've rebooted computer etc..
Will send you private message with the serial number of the one still having problems and hopefully you can fix it.
