leap not syncing with MYOB

Hello

 

my leap is not syncing with myob

I can login in my credentials for myob through leap, but when I click sync now, it has asking for another details being 

 

user name 

passoword

 

myob has reset the username and I had to pay a fee

but still not syncing !!

Please kindly assist

    Hi Rajan1 

     

    Thanks for your post. Are you able to log in to your MYOB AccountRight with the login details you are entering in LEAP? If you are unable to login to this, please send me a screenshot of the error you are seeing so I will be able to assist you further.

     

    If you are unable to login to LEAP and your MYOB are correct, I would recommend contacting LEAP directly.
