It might be helpful to contact Leap Support via Live Chat or Email (support@leap.com.au) to address this issue. They can investigate the root cause further and assist you directly.

Hi Lauren, it was finally resolved after many attempts.
Hi, Leap users in Darwin are having the same issue - Leap not allowing me to sync to MYOB.
Leap support have not been able to assist. Were you assisted by Leap or MYOB support.
