Bank Feeds are not updating

Bank feeds have stopped updating since 29/04/23 - is anyone else experiencing this problem and/or know how to fix?

Our bank feeds are missing between 16/2/23-2/4/23.  What can I do to get them?

  • Serial Number
  • First and Last Name
  • Company Name

    Hi, we have a whole month of ANZ bank feeds missing for a client.  Can you assist?

      Can you send me a Private Message with more details on your account?

       

      • Serial Number
      • Business Name
      • First and last name
      • Email Address
      • The last 4 digit of your bank account.

        Hi Celia_B When I click on Private Message, I'm taken to a screen which says Private Message but thats it.  There's nowhere I can click to send a private message.
