Bank feeds GL account link

Hi 

I have got the status as "Bank Feed Ready" in MYOB account.  And when I tried to link relevant GL account under "Manage Bank Accounts", after input with the relevant GL account, once I select "Check/Udate status" all the associated GL accounts are geeting erased.

Kindly advise what can be done.

Hey there! 

 

Long shot, but when you set the GL account are you then going straight to "Check/Update Status"?

 

Pretty sure to save the change we need to click OK, could you check that for me?
