Bank feeds still duplicating and no response from MYOB
I Have posted before on this and tried ringing MYOB, Sorry dont have an hour wait time. MYOB have fixed once last year now again duplicate transactions on bank feeds in January.

Thanks for your feedback. Just to clarify on how bank feeds works, bank feed transactions only appear in the Bank feeds window to make reconciliation easier. The bank feed transactions are matched with AccountRight transactions and it is the AccountRight transactions that are included in reports, balances and the reconcile accounts window. Hiding bank feed transactions has no impact on your business data. If you do have an issue with your business data you will need to check that duplicate AccountRight transactions have not been created.
If you are experiencing duplicates between the 1/12/21 - 11/12/21, these transactions will need to be hidden. If you're experiencing duplicate bankfeed transactions for a different date do let us know.
The bank feeds that I needed to hide for that given period in December 2021 that you have noted, have now reappeared (in March 2022). I have hidden them again. I wonder if this might be something that will keep happening with those Dec transactions?
