I back up regularly but I am repeatedly told that I have not backed up for 1.5 years. Is the back up being done and how do I get rid of the warning

Thanks for your post. I am sorry to hear you are having problems with this. If you've taken a back up and can see where it has been saved, please ignore the message for now.
What is the AccountRight version you are on? Our newest version is 2021.4. Have you tried to clear the AccountRight cache? Is your file online or offline?
This resolution has worked for some users:
1. Bring up the run box by pressing Windows + R on the Keyboard
2. Type the following: %localappdata% in the box, as per the image:
3. Navigate through the folders to MYOB/AccountRight/Settings
4. Delete the file UpdateDeferUserSettings.Store. This is where the update settings are contained.
