Warning for Duplicate Invoice Errors

Cmon MYOB  - Warning for Duplicate invoice entries is so important. If you want your customers to use your web based app then you need to give them a reason to.  Don't drop the ball on this one!

    It's excellent that feedback is monitored. Duplication of invoice no. (bills and sales) has been requested for a couple of years, yet nothing has happened.

    Such important things need to be changed, I am yet to see any of these requests being done. It makes us bookkeepers very UNPRODUCTIVE.

     

    The other things that have been requested since day one are... A larger screen display, is so frustrating, only showing limited information when your monitor is large.

    When you open the split screen, you should see all the information to be entered.

  • Has this been resolved yet? We've been forced onto the web app by MYOB but can't seem to locate how to set up a warning for duplicates. It is essential to our business that this is part of the account product. Please advise
