Card File: Include a contact name for each phone number

The card file profile has phone nos to be added it would be great to have another box under each number for the contact name and position.

Yes, for a modern program. One email, one contact name and, as you stated, no allocation of names to numbers.

Yep, or at least make the field accept more characters so you don't have to try to abbreviate the name into the same line as the number.

Yes and the ability to send remittances or statements to more than one email address at a time instead of separately.
