AccountRight's Payment Summaries are designed to prepare Individual non-business, ETP (Employment termination payments) or Labour Hire payment summaries for Australian employers to provide to their employees and the ATO. As such, there is a check to ensure that the ABN (Australian Business Number) or WPN entered is a valid ABN (or WPN) and that it meets the ATO requirements for calculating that.
Based on the screenshot you have uploaded the number you have provided is not a valid ABN (Australian Business Number) and doesn't comply with the Australian Business Register format thus you can't produce payment summaries.
In terms of including the ability for different countries' company numbers to be entered for producing payments summaries, this is not something that we are actively looking into for AccountRight's payment summaries feature at this time thus we are moving the status of this idea to 'Maybe Later'.
