Payroll: Process Payroll - Entitlement Balance notification

When entering any type of leave, if the entitlement balance does not cover the leave requested why not a warning notification come up in payroll saying that the balance will be deficit or there is not enought leave entitilment do you wish to proceed. This will stop errors being made where the cards have not been set up correctly to accrue leave or if a person goes over what they are entitled to take. This will elimate having to check the balance or print a report prior to completing each payroll process.

    Hi Everyone


    With the release of AccountRight 2014.1 a warning is generated in the Pay Employee window when an employee's entitlement pay will result in a negative balance.
