Annual leave entitlement
I am using MYOB standalone payroll for under 4 employees.
My payslip does not show leave balance on payslip.
There is no payroll categories> entitlement tab on my standalone payroll as suggested below.

To show the leave balance on pay slips, kindly go to Payroll > Payroll Categories > Entitlements tab and then click the entitlement name > Make sure Pay Advice: Show leave balances on pay slips is ticked. You may also refer to the screenshot below.

However, if you're using the MYOB Business (browser) version, you can navigate to Payroll >> Pay item >> Leave >> Select the pay item and tick "Show leave balance on pay slips".
