We often receive orders well in advance of the sale date, but the sale prices vary from day to day, and the client pays the price that is effective on invoice day. Quotes are not firm.
Therefore, it would be great to have the ability to check the prices (optional override) when converting from order to invoice.
There's way too many transactions and items to go through each and review individually.
Currently we get around this by using excel spreadsheets to record pre-orders and then re-key the info at the time of invoicing into MYOB, which is very time-consuming.
I know this one has been asked before, I would even consider an ad-on purchase where we could run a price-update function over the day's quotes or orders before converting them to invoices.
