Thanks for your post. If you are looking for a report that displays purchase invoices, item information and the amounts paid, the Purchases (Supplier detail) report may suit your needs. This report can be customised to include the invoice amount, amount paid and current balance. To add those columns or any others you may want, open the report, click on Insert/Modify and add the required columns. You can find this report by going to Reports>>Purchases tab>>Supplier.
