Accountright - STP Finalisation reports don't match

Yes that is the same issues I am having.

I am still waiting on MYOB to get back to me.  I have phoned several times and sent private messages and still no resolution.

Does anyone know, can I process a pay today for the 2022/2023 year if I still have 1x employee not finalised for the 21/22 period?

All the Employees I need to pay have been finalised??

Hi MelanieLesa, 

Yes i ran our first payroll yesterday and we havnt finalised anyone yet due to this issue. The new payrun automatically goes into the new financial year

Me too.  I have re-activated term employees. Did a Zero run for all employees (47) waited overnight just in case.

Still no ETP Figures. I have reversed the term pay and re did it - then ran a Zero pay for one guy - waited overnight again and still no ETP figures. I did have a similar issue last year and made a mess of a couple of guys year end figures reversing and putting them back in again.  Could not work it out - I tried to make the ETP before and after tax but eventually I got the totals to match their MYOB wage records to the ATO STP but I do not want to do all that again this year.  SO Please let me know when it has been resolved.  Can we do our next payroll in the meantime?

MelanieLesa I understand we CAN run  2022/23 payroll without finalising - all pay runs dated in this Financial year will automatically go into this year's reporting.  Which is great news.

I have done everything I can think of to do.

Re-activated term employees

reversed ETP payments

Reprocessed ETP payments

Ran 30.06.22 end of financial year Zero payroll run for all 57 employees

Still no ETP coming up in the STP YTD or on employee reports

I even did an update 2023 from STP

Help please

What a mess. So much time wasted on reconciling these reports. Still can't reconcile. AAAh

If you're still having issues with terminated employees, please refer to our Community Forum post Incorrect ETP Values - EOFY Finalisation 2022 which has information and instructions on how to resolve this depending on your scenario. 

If you're still having issues after troubleshooting you will need to Start a new post with detailed information on your issue so one of our moderators can take a look into it. 

If you're issue is not related to ETP, please Start a new post with information on the issue.
