Hi
I have just noticed that the hourly Calc Rate that shows on an employees Payroll Advice differs each week.
Their standard hourly rate is $30.96 but on their Payroll Advice it changes eg $30.96254 / $30.962222 / $30.962581 / $30.962623
They are set up as casual employee showing standard employee pay rate of $24.77, with Payroll Categories coded for casual loading rate @ 1.25% ($24.77 x 1.25% = $30.96) Refer screen shots
Can anyone advice on this?
Thank you

Hi @Alex4660
Thanks for your post and my apologies for the delay in replying. The 'Calc. Rate' field on the Payroll Advice report is a calculated field, it doesn't pull from the hourly rate set in employee cards. It simply takes the actual total amount paid and divide it by the hours, producing the actual hourly rated used in the pay run. This field does allow for maximum 6 decimal places. The hourly rate showing when printing/emailing payslips will still be 2 decimal places.
Please let me know if you need further help.
