Thanks for your post and sorry for the delay of response. 

As mentioned by Melissa_D, the SPIN/USI FSF0361AU and ABN 26458298557 is for the superfund CFS FIRSTCHOICE EMPLOYER SUPER-EMPLOYER SUPERANNUATION FUND. If you will notice on the screenshot provided below, the COLONIAL FIRST STATE - FIRSTCHOICE WHOLESALE SUPER has the same ABN but with different SPIN/USI. Also, if you will create a new superannuation fund in your MYOB file and enter the CFS FIRSTCHOICE EMPLOYER SUPER-EMPLOYER SUPERANNUATION FUND, you will notice it has the USI/SPIN as confirmed by your employee and the superfund.

Per my file screenshot attached, I no longer have the option to select CFS FIRSTCHOICE EMPLOYER SUPER-EMPLOYER SUPERANNUATION FUND

Do you know how I can reinstate this?

exactly the same for me John - so MYOB have given us the wrong advice.

(told them this months ago, and the only response was to tell me to do the same thing)

Thanks for your post and Welcome to MYOB Community Forum.

Could please confirm what is the USI and ABN of the superfund that you are trying to add? You may also check The Help Article Super Funds List to see the corresponding fund name of the USI and ABN that you have. Please let me know how it goes.
