EOFY Finalised but needs adjusting

Hi

I finalised the 22-23 year in One Touch Payroll however, now realise there was an error in one week . I had deleted that one payrun and redid it incorrectly - this was done prior to EOFY submitted.

How do I change the figures advised to the ATO??

Do I have to delete the corrected payrun (which was wrong) and then REDO it , then do the finalisation again. I was hoping not as it is already a mess

OR Is there another way to just advise the TOTAL correct figures for the year.

There are only 2x employees and neith have lodged tax returns yet.

I would appreciate some help with this as it is way overdue.

Thank You

Re: EOFY Finalised but needs adjusting

Hi @jopathim,

Thank you for your post.

To fix the employee's pay after finalizing EOFY. You need to indicate this to the ATO by undoing the finalization, fixing the incorrect pay, and finalizing again. Please refer to this Help article, Changing a Pay after Finalizing Single Touch Payroll, which has detailed information to assist with this.
