Long Wait Times

Hi, I have been having issues with Payroll (Myob has been adding employees that haven't worked into my payroll) have been waiting on the line for somedays over 3 hours.  Does anyone else have issues with long wait times with Myob?

    Thanks for your post. I am sorry to hear you are experienced long wait times on the phones. Have you resolved your issue?

     

    Usually in Process Payroll you can process pays for all employees with the same pay frequency. To check the employee's Pay Frequency, go to Card File > Cards List > Employee tab > open the employee's card > Payroll Details tab > Wages.
