Payroll entitlement unbalanced

Hi, does anyone know what the impact on entitlement balance is if input the termination date in Employee card file- personal details- termination date ?

I accidently put the termination date in one employee's file, and then reverse back. But now the annual leave entitlment balance is not correct.

In entitlement summary. it is 758 hours, which is correct, in employee card file, it's 1,056 hours, and in employee payslip, it shows 1,014 hours.

Could anyone help me understand what cause the variance and how to correct them please ? Thanks.
