Payroll error - only enter pays for current or previous financial year

It is the 1st July and still wont work.  MYOB is the most expensive Accounting Program withh the most problems !!!

So today is the 1/7/20 and pays still will not process. MYOB this is not good enough, we are going to have a lot of disgruntled employees.

According to your post last week, we should be able to process pays today in the new financial year, however I'm still getting the same error (v2020.2). When will this automatic roll forward happen, or is there something else we need to do?

I am trying to post a payrun dated today - 1/7/20 but I am still getting the error message! Why can't I process the pay run?

Hello, the date today is 1st of July 2020 - therefore you are saying I should be able to process my pay - but I am getting the same error message rearding the EOFY - why is this happening when it is now the 1st of July?

Needs to be fixed - you have made a change to the software that is not of benefit to  many of your customers, and had caused time lost at the busiest time of the year.

Needs to be fixed ASAP - because if this is going to be an issue every financial year then we have to look for alternative software that allows us to work as we need to work, not as MYOB imposes.

And also - the ability to roll-back to prior financial years was a MYOB feature that was useful - that option also need to be restored.
