Reinstating an employee

I am trying to reinstate an employee who was terminated in March at which time all their entitlements were paid out.  Their card file shows 0 values however on running an entitlement report that shows their payout figures now as a negative value instead of being 0

    Hi sporte, 

     

    Thanks for reaching out. 

     

    My understanding is that the figures of the entitlement report for an employee are incorrect after the employee was reinstated. 

     

    For us to provide further assistance with this. Please send me a private message containing:

    • Serial number 
    • The employee's name
    • The date of termination
    • The date of reinstatement

    If you have any other concerns or questions feel free to include them in your next response.
