Single Touch Payroll

When I click 

Payroll > Payroll Reporting > Check Payroll Details

I get an error, like on this page:

I tried checking the suppot pages,
I tried the chat,
I tried calling the support number,
no help

My actual error details are like on this page:

But the solution on the page is for your support team to run a script

This is open forum so I won't put details here.

So how do I get help?

Hi @manrico 

I remember that issue, it was caused by a defect in the software that added a null reference where it shouldn't be. I had assumed that was fixed.

Either way, we can fix that with an online script if your file is online. Otherwise we'd need to get support to organise for the file to come in for their team to apply a fix to the file directly.

So I can do that, can you send me a Private Message with:

• The MYOB Serial Number (Found in: Setup > Company Information)
• The Company File ID (Found in: Help > About MYOB AccountRight)
• The email you use to sign in

This way I can be sure that support can find the account and apply the script to the file or be able to organise the repair.
