When I click
Payroll > Payroll Reporting > Check Payroll Details
I get an error, like on this page:
I tried checking the suppot pages,
I tried the chat,
I tried calling the support number,
no help
My actual error details are like on this page:
But the solution on the page is for your support team to run a script

Hi @manrico
I remember that issue, it was caused by a defect in the software that added a null reference where it shouldn't be. I had assumed that was fixed.
Either way, we can fix that with an online script if your file is online. Otherwise we'd need to get support to organise for the file to come in for their team to apply a fix to the file directly.
