Please help, I have just discovered a super payment has been reversed, it appears to have not been processed, there is no debit from my account. Obviously I want to pay the Super, but system is not allowing me too, HELP. Also how can i get old Super payment reports pre the upgrade, I need them for the ATO. this new upgrade really has left me at a loss

After taking a peek at your account, it seems you're using MYOB Business Pro. If you've reversed a payment, you should see it listed on the Create Super Payments screen. Are you encountering any error messages when you open Super Pay? For more details, feel free to check out the Help articles linked below.
As for the super payments report, you might want to give the superannuation payments report a go. It provides detailed insights into super payments made for your employees.
