I don't know what I'm doing wrong! I am trying to set up the Superanuation payments for the first time. I've added the super information on the employees info, but when it comes to signing up to pay super directly from MYOB it tells me to click on 'sign up' below but there is no 'sign up' button or link anywhere on the page! Is it there for other people? any ideas on what I'm doing wrong? I've tried scrolling down but there is no option to. The only thing I can think of is that the screen is too small on my laptop but surely there should be a scroll option??

Thank you for the post!
As I understand that you are unable to see a ‘signup’ button on superannuation page. Could you increase the resolution and make sure scale and layout are at 100% in your systems display settings that would let you see the signup button which is hidden under the menu bar. Or you can also hit on tab button twice and that will take you to the next page.

Thankyou! after 3 hours on hold/waiting for an answer (and being disconnected by the first person) they said to change the resolution of the screen. It worked!
I didnt think it was the issue as i could see the bottom of the box and there was no scroll slide on the side.
Lesson learnt!

Change the display resolution. My laptop was set to 150%. Dropped it down to 100% and while the writing is much smaller, the button appeared!
