Time Sheets using Jobs - Apprentices with Allowances

Does anyone use timesheets with Jobs for apprentices whose hourly rate is broken down to a base plus allowances.  The only way I can think of to get costs allocated correctly for the job and the correct rate would be to have 4 entries for each job worked on.  On for the base rate and 1 each for the 3 allowances which apply to our apprentices.  Sometimes our people are working on 3-4 jobs during the week so that would mean a lot of entries.  Then there is the addition of Overtime Hours.

I would like some advice as to how to enter the timesheet hours.

Re: Time Sheets using Jobs - Apprentices with Allowances

Hi @Debbie-KEAD

Within the timesheets in AccountRight, if you want to track jobs this is done on a line by line basis. So if for example the employee worked three different jobs on Monday there would need to be three lines on the timesheet each reflecting the hours worked on one job.

If there were multiple wage categories that needed to be split across multiple jobs, then each combination would need a separate line on the timesheet

Neil
