Trying to set up paysuper for 5 days now.
At the end of setting up paysuper I get this message,"Whoops, we've hit a snag" and cant set up paysuper.
I can' get past this issue no atter what i do.
Bene on hold for over 1hr on 3 consecuative days before giving up.
I can see lots of other users have had this issue, but I cant see any resoluton, excpet to raie on of these and get it fixed at the back end.
very disapointed, with this contunual issue and wait times for over 1hr to talk to anyone.
please help.

hello 7 days now and call center practably unreachable with 70+min wait time.
Unable to get paysuper working.
Looks like a know bug with no resolution.
I can not process payment.
this is aweful.
please help.

Hi @drtablet,
We're just taking a look into this for you, can you please confirm if the error message appears when you attempt to sign into Pay Super or after you've logged in. Is possible can you provide a screenshot of the window.

Hi, I’m not at my computer so can't send screen shot,
it's right at the end of setup,
it shows the screen where it's telling you they will send small amount to your bank account when this "whoops we hit a snag" error screen comes up.

Thanks for clarifying that. I've refreshed our records on our end, can you please sign out of your file and sign back into the file with the email address you would have applied with for pay super. Does the application work ?
Do let me know, if you have any further troubles we will need to investigate this further.

Hello,
What is this file? I don't know of any file.
I just log into myob with my admin email ( sales@*.com.au) and try and use this same account to manage the super payments. What is this file?
