Hello, I need some help and can't seem to get it over the phone. I've followed the suggested routes to fix the STP Report by cancelling employee terminations and making them active again, the updated reports are accepted by ATO with errors (CMN.ATO.GEN.XML03).
When the EOFY is run again it has $0 Gross income for the original terminated employees but includes PAYG $
I am really frustrated and need help please.

This error means there's an invalid character somewhere in your in your payroll information in MYOB. Invalid characters are "[ ] ! # $ % * ; = @ <>\ _ { } ^~`"
You'll need to check for (and remove) any invalid characters in your employee cards and payroll category names. More information on this is available on this Help Article.

I have checked the rejected profiles several times and there are nothing additional in there. The employees that are being rejected are ones that were terminated before STP2 was applied. Their balances on the STP Report for 21/22 financial year shows $0, their PAYG has a $ amount and there is no $ super balance. The Summary of payments for the staff with a $0 gross still has the $PAYG.
